FAQs - Class & Homework
Homework submissions, class materials, and communication outside of class are managed through Google Classroom. I will email you all the necessary links before the course starts.
There are no direct penalties for missing assignments. But please note that this course is designed to be more than just lectures, and homework complements the lessons to help you make the most of your learning experience. So completing the assigned homework each week will maximize your progress 💪🏻✨
Absolutely! While this course is best for TOPIK exam prep, it goes beyond that for anyone who wants to boost their Korean skills.
Recorded playbacks will be available after each class, so there’s no need to worry about missing any sessions. In the previous course, we had a student who couldn’t attend most of the sessions but still caught up by watching the playback lessons and submitted all the assigned homework.
This course is best suited for intermediate learners 🙂

FAQs - Time
Korea Standard Time is GMT+9. Here are the corresponding times for the timezones commonly used by my students.
- Sunday 10am KST =
- Saturday at 5 p.m. PST
- Saturday at 6 p.m. MST
- Saturday at 7 p.m. CST
- Saturday at 8 p.m. EST
- Sunday at 1 a.m. GMT
- Sunday at 6:30 a.m. IST
- Sunday at 9 a.m. PHT/SGT/Indonesia (Southeast Asian regions)
Please note that Korea does not observe Daylight Saving Time, so when DST starts, the time difference will naturally decrease by one hour in countries where DST is applied. (That means the times listed above will be one hour later when DST is in effect.)
You can also use the time converter if you’d like to check more accurately.
